Meet the Providers
Dr. Sheneka McNichols,DNP, CRNP-PC, PMHS She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2016. She is certified from the Pediatric Nurse Certification Board as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. In 2016 she completed a (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) interdisciplinary training program, located at Civitan-Sparks Clinics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which aims to improve the well-being and quality of life of individuals and families affected by developmental disabilities.
Our services work best when paired with ongoing counseling. We place a high priority on offering private care while providing these services in a discrete manner. In order to handle each customer specifically, we provide practical guidance, employ practical techniques, and provide a step-by-step individualized guide. Dr. Susanne Matthews, M.D.
Susanne is Board Certified in Pediatrics with over 20 years' experience. Matthews received her MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and her pediatric training from the University of Tennessee Memphis. Matthews M.D. serves as a mentor to high school students and a preceptor for Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant students. She graduated in good standing from the Birmingham Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. She is currently an active member of the Omicron Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Inc., and the Tri County (Al) Chapter of The Links, Inc. She is married to Patrick and they have two daughters, Morgan and Melissa as well as two nieces, Chitara and Deandria who she has parented. Matthews M.D. now serves as the Medical Director for Regimen Pediatric Healthcare, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama.
